OBRAZOVANJE KAO KOMUNIKATIVNI MEDIJ U VREMENU ZNANOSTI I INOVACIJA

Sažetak
Život je suvremenog covjeka odreden visoko sofisticiranom tehnologijom, brzom komunikacijom i ucestalošcu inovacija. Paradigmu društva moderne zamijenila je paradigma postmodernog, umreženog društva – paradigma informaticke tehnologije. Znanstvena se dostignuca približavaju covjeku putem obrazovanja koje preuzima ulogu komunikativnog medija globalne tehnologizirane stvarnosti. Paradigma informaticke tehnologije namece svim sudionicima u globalnoj komunikaciji iste obrasce. Uklopiti se u njih znaci obrazovanjem pripremiti stanovništvo za novu komunikaciju, novu tehnologiju i novi, tehnologizirani sustav vrijednosti. Ne biti pripremljen, dakle obrazovan, za takvu komunikaciju, znaci unaprijed biti eliminiran. To se odnosi jednako na društva, kao i na svakog pojedinca. Jer u vremenu tojotizma i netokracije disfunkcionalnom postaje orijentacija na "trajne" vrijednosti tradicije bilo kojeg društva. Obrazovanjem se postiže komunikacija ne više na razini kolektivne svijesti, vec individualizirane i tehnološke.

EDUCATION AS A COMMUNICATIVE MEDIUM AT THE TIME OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION

Summary
The life of modern man is determined by sophisticated technology, fast communication and recurring innovation. The paradigm of modernist society has been replaced by the paradigm of postmodern,networked society-the paradigm of information technology. Scientific achievements are brought nearer to man through education which takes on a role of a communicative medium of global technology-driven reality. The paradigm of information technology imposes the same patterns on all participants in global communication.To integrate into those patterns means to prepare the population through education for new communication, new technology and new, technology-driven value aystem.Remaining unprepared,i.e. uneducated,for such communication means to be eliminated in advance.This refers both to societies and each individual equally. At the time of toyotism and netocracy,the commitment to"permanent"values of any society 's tradition becomes dysfunctional.Communication achieved by education is no longer at the level of collective consciousness,but individualized and technological one.

U novijoj organizacijskoj teoriji organizacijska kultura zauzima vrlo visoko mjesto. Dovodenje organizacijske kulture u svezu s uspješnošcu poslovanja,organizacijska kultura postaje predmet mnogih istraživanja,kao i disciplina koja se izucava na mnogim sveucilištima u svijetu.U ovom radu autori su, uz neophodne teorijske spoznaje,dali rezultate svojih istraživanja i tako ukazali vlasnicima i menadžmentu organizacije što im je ciniti žele li poboljšati poslovanje svojih organizacija.

Summary
Current organization theory places organizational culture very highly. By bringing organizational culture in connection with business success,organizational culture became the object of wide research and a discipline being taught in many world's universities.This paper sees the authors,along with necessary theoretical input,offering results of their research and in this way instructing organization owners and managers what they should di in order to improve business in their organizations.

NOVI ZAHTJEVI KOD OBLIKOVANJA LOGISTICKIH SUSTAVA U REPUBLICI HRVATSKOJ

U radu se navode i kratko obrazlažu zahtjevi koji se postavljaju makrologistickom sustavu u pogledu potpore podjeli rada i distribuciji proizvoda po vrsti i kolicini i s obzirom na ukupnogospodarske ciljeve kao i šire društvene ciljeve.Analizom nevedene problematike želi se doprinijeti utvrdivanju postojecih i potrebnih uvjeta za oblikovanje logistickih sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj i njihovo uklapanje u medunarodne (osobito europske)logisticke sustave.

NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FORMATION OF LOGISTIC SYSTEMS THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

Summary
In this paper,the autors state and briefly explain the requirements placed before the macro logistic system regarding the support to the division of labor and the distribution of products according to their kinds and quantities and regarding the general economic aims,as well as broader social aims.The analysis of the said problems is offered with the intention to contribute to the determination of the existing and of the still required conditions for the formation of logistic systems in the Republic of Croatia and for their integration into international(especially European) logistic systems.

UTJECAJ LIBERALIZACIJE NA TRŽIŠTE STOCARSKIH PROIZVODA

Ulaskom u Svjetsku trgovinsku organizaciju Republika Hrvatska je dokazala spremnost za izazove liberalizacije i globalizacije svjetskog tržišta.Ovom je koraku prethodilo i potpisivanju drugih znacajnih dokumenata za ukljucenje u europski integracijski proces,kao što je Pakt o stabilizaciji u istocnoj Europi,Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju Eui RH,službeno prikljucenje CEFTA-i,te službena prijava za clanstvo u EU,koji na provodenje odredenih reformi i prilagodbu u politickome,gospodarskom i pravnom smislu.Kako se hrvatska poljoprivreda,pogotovo grana stocarstva,od osamostaljenja i prihvacanja tržišnog sustava gospodarenja,nalazi u velikoj krizi,u radu se analizira položaj stocarstva s obzirom na uvjete proizvodnje i brojno stanje stoke,tržište stocarskih proizvoda uz pomoc dinamicke rašclambe sustava proizvodnje stocarskih proizvoda,te se daju prognoze na koji ce se nacin odvijati adaptacija stocarstva u uvjetima EU s obzirom ne liberalizacijske obveze.Rezultati analizirani u radu pokazuju kako je hrvatska proizvodnja i ržište stocarskih proizvoda u dubokoj krizi,te da bi bilo potrebno poduzeti niz tržišno-cjenovnih mjera agrarne politike koje bi uredilo navedeno tržište s obzirom na obveze i pravila o liberalizaciji trgovine unutar europskog tržišta.

LIBERALIZION INFLUENCE ON LIVE STOCK PRODUCTS MARKET

Summary
Accessing into World Trade Organization the Republic of Croatia has proved the readiness to take up liberalization and globalization challenges of the world market. This step was preceded by signing other significant documents to be included in the European integration process as Stability pact in Eastern Europe, Stabilization and Association Agreement of EU and Croatia,offical association to CEFTA and offical application for membership in EU that influence certain reforms and adjustment in the political,economic and legal sense.Since Croatian agriculture,particularly livestock is in high crisis from the independence and acceptance of market economy aystem,the work analyzes position of livestock in relation to its production condition,numerical data,and livestock market with dynamic system analysis of livestock production.Then the paper gives the forecast of live stock adjustment in the environment of EU considering the competitiveness of live stock products in European environment and liberalization liabilities. The analyzed results in this paper show that Croatian live stock production and market are deeply in crisis and thus it would be necessary to take a series of market and price measures in agricultural policy to improve the above said market regarding liabilities and rules on trade liberalization within European market.

VELICINA POLJOPRIVREDNOG GOSPODARSTVA U FUNKCIJI RAZVITKA HRVATSKE POLJOPRIVREDE

Visoki udjel obiteljskih gospodarstava u posjedovanju i uporabi osnovnih cimbenika poljoprivredne aktivnosti Republike Hrvatske predmet je od izuzetnoga znanstvenog interesa.Pitanje koje se namece odnosi se na velicinu proizvodno-tehnoloških jedinica,odnosno velicinu posjedovne strukture na obiteljskim gospodarstvima.Posjedovna struktura odredena je strukturom obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava prema njihovim velicinama.Kako o velicini obiteljskog gospodarstava ovisi njihova organiziranost,proizvodna orijentacija,robnost,primjena tehnike i tehnologije u radu se analiziraju utjecaji velicine gospodarstava na razvoj hrvatske poljoprivrede.Analizom utjecaja velicine gospodarstava na organizaciju proizvodnje,proizvodnu orijentaciju,robnost,tehnicku opremljenost i primjenu suvremene tehnologije nedvosmisleno se utvrdilo,polazeci sa svih analiziranih stajališta,kako je predpostavka uspješnog ukljucivanja obiteljskih gospodarstava u ostvarivanju željenih ciljeva razvijanje posredovne strukture,u smislu njezina mijenjanja,s tim da se drasticno smanji broj sitnih posjeda,odnosno gospodarstava,a poveca broj onih krupnijih. Drugim rijecima teži se da obiteljska gospodarstva budu dovoljno velika kako bi mogla uspješno realizirati dio zadataka u ostvarivanju ekonomskih funkcija poljoprivrede.

FARM SIZE IN THE FUNCTION OF CROATIAN AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT

Summary
High proportion of family farms in possession and use of basic agrricultural activity factors of the Republic of Croatia is a subject matter of exceptional scientific interest.The imposed question refers to the size of production and technological units and the size of title deed structure on the family farms.The title deed structure determines the family farms structure according to their size.Since the organization level of family farms depends on the size,production orientation,goods quality,application of technique and technology,this paper analyzes the influence of farm size on the developmentof Croatian agriculture. The influence analysis of the farm size on the production organization,production orientation,goods quality,technical equipment and application of contemporary technology unmistakably proved the necessity of changes.Thus,starting from all analyzed standpoints,it is the assumption of successful including of family farms into the desired aims of title deed structure development through drastic decrease of small possessions,i.e.small private farms,and the increase of large ones.In the other words,the aim is family farm large enough to fulfil successfully a part of tasks in realization of economic function of agriculture.

MJERENJE KVALITETE USLUGA U ZDRAVSTVENOM TURIZMU

U istraživanju se testira SERVQUAL instrument kao moguca mjera kojom bi menadžeri i istraživaci ocjenjivali kvalitetu usluga.SERVQUAL instrument predstavlja koristan pokazatelj menadžerima za poboljšanje usluga u zdravstvenom turizmu,ali i istraživacima koji žele uspješno mjeriti kvalitetu zdravstveno-turistickih usluga.
Svrha istraživanja je pružiti kratak teorijski i metodološki osvrt na postojece alate za mjerenje kvalitete usluga,te testirati prilagodenu verziju SERVQUAL instumenta u zdravstvenom turizmu izabranim metodama multivariatne statistike.
Posljednji dio rada,odnosi se na prijedlog novih smjernica za buduca istraživanja i mjerenja kvalitete usluga.

SERVICE QUALITY MEASUREMENT IN HEALTH TOURISM SECTOR:AN EXPLORATORY STUDY

The research has examined the SERVQUAL insrument as a possible measure to assist managers and researchers in evaluating service quality.The SERVQUAL instrument can serve as a useful indicator for managers in health tourism sector attempting to identify areas of needed service improvement and to researchers seeking a success measure of health tourism services.
The purpose of the study is to provide a short theoretical and methodological review of the existing tools for measuring service quality,and to testing an adapted version of SERVQUAL instrument in health tourism sector.The aim of the present research is the descriptive and multivariate statistical analysis of a SERVQUAL scale adjusted for health tourism sector.The final section of the study is devoted to developing and proposing new directions for future service quality management and measurement.

ISTRAŽIVANJE I SEGMENTIRANJE TRŽIŠTA POSLOVNE POTROŠNJE

Tržište poslovne potrošnje ili industrijsko tržište danas predstavlja izuzetno značajan element u gospodarstvu razvijenih zemalja.Zbog svojih specifičnosti vrlo je zanimljivo i izazovno područje za marketere.Naime,broj,veličinai lokacija kupaca,dugoročne,često i osobne veze između poslovnih partnera,priroda potrošnje industrijskih proizvoda,te specifični distribucijski kanali i promocijske strategije uvjetuju i potrebu za posebnom metodologijom i načinima istraživanja i segmentacije ovog tržišta.Iako relativno mlade u primjeni na tržištu posovne potrošnje,ove dvije strateške marketinške aktivnosti pronalaze sve više pristalica u poslovnom svijetu,s obzirom da značajno pridonose profitabilnosti poslovanja.Istraživanje industrijskog tržišta svojom specifičnom metodologijom i problemima koji se u radu analiziraju daje input za dizajniranje industrijskih proizvoda i značajno skraćuje vrijeme potrebno za plasman industrijskih proizvoda na tržište te omogućava stvaranje baze podataka nužne za segmentiranje ovog tržišta.Segmentiranje industijskog tržišta po specifičnim kriterijima koji se također u radu analiziraju grupira industrijske potrošače u karakteristične skupine i omogućava uspješno definiranje marketinških ciljeva za odabrane segmente te optimalnu alokaciju resursa i njihovu efikasniju primjenu u pristupu tim segmentima.

MARKET RESEARCH AND SEGMENTATION OF BUSINESS CONSUMPTION

Summary
The business consumption market or industrial market represents today exceptionally significant element in the economy of developed countries.Due to its spesific features,it is exceptionally interesting and ahallenging sphere for marketers.Namely,the number and location of buyers,long term,frequently personal connections among business partners and nature of industral products consumption,specific distribution channels and market development strategies cause the need of particular methodology and ways of market research and segmentation. Though relatively young regarding market business cosumption,these two strategic marketing activities find morefollowers in the world of business since they significantly contribute to business operation profitability.The research of industrial market through specific methodology and problem analyzed in this paper gives an input for industrial products design and significantly shortens the timr necessary for marketability of industrial products and makes possible the necessary database for segmentation of this market.Industrial market segmentation according to specific criteria,also analyzed in this paper,groups industrial consumers in the characteristic groups and enables successful definingof market objectives for the selected segments and optimal allocation of resources and their more efficient application in the access to these segments.

TEHNOLOŠKI ELEMENTI PENETRACIJE U MEĐUNARODNIM TRŽIŠNIM PRILIKAMA

Tehnologija i međunarodni marketing međusobno zavisni i potrebni faktori poslovnog razvoja poduzeća.Poduzeća, koja aktivno usmjeravaju težište poslovanja na međunarodna tržišta, trebaju vlastite marketing odluke prihvatati u zavisnosti od tehnologije,sa kojom raspolagaju.Tehnologija i njezine promjene tvorno determiniraju politiku marketinga i obrnuto.Međunarodne marketing odluke zasnivaju se na tehnološkim rješenjima,koja predstavljaju značajnu konkurencijsku prednost ili nedostatak poduzeća u međunarodnoj sredini.Bez međusobne povezanosti tehnologije i marketinga poduzeća ne mogu donositi konzistentnih odluka u međunarodnom marketingu.To naručito važi za penetraciju poduzeća na međunarodna tržišta,koja je u velikoj mjeri determinirana sa tehnologijom i zahtjeva, u odnosu na stanje tehnologije,primjenu specifičnih organizacionih oblika poslovanja u međunarodnom marketingu. Samo na taj način može se postignuti maksimalno angažovanje i profitabilnost poslovanja u međunarodnim tržišnim prilikama.

TECHNOLOGICAL ELEMENTS OF PENETRATION IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET CIRCUMSTANCES

Summary
Technology and international marketing are interdependent and necassary factors of the business development of company. The companies,Which actively focus on the international market,need to accept their own marketing decisions depending on the technology they dispose of. Technology and its changes strongly determine market policy and vice versa.The international market decisions are based on the technological solutions,which represent significant competition advantage or disadvantage of the company in the international surroundings.Without mutual technology and marketing connection,the companies cannot make consistent decisions on internatioonal marketing.This is of special importance for penetration of the company into international markets,which largely determines technology and, considering the state of technology,demands the application of specific organizational business operation forms in international marketing.It is the only way to achieve maximun engagement and profitability in international market circumstances.

OPTION'S VALUE-GREEK MEASURES FLUCTUATIONS AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES

Abstract
Options are financial instuments that can be applied in many situations.Options buyers sell risk which is bought by their sellers who are obliged to reduce it as much as possible. It can be done by using hedging strategies based on Greek letters and options values analysis.The author proves that Greek letters are not constant during the time of option's life. The paper shows to What extent they are influenced by such factors as risk free interest rate,volatility,underlying asset price and time to maturity. The conclusion is that options sellers must play an active role,i.e.follow fluctuations of all these parameters and modify their hedging portfolios regularly.

TRAŽENJE METODE PROGNOZIRANJA POTRAŽNJE:MALOPRODAJA JESTIVOG ULJA

Metode statističke ekstrapolacije najčešće se upotrebljavaju u praksi u svrhu prognoziranja nad kratkimvremenskim nizovima.Empirijsko istraživanje utemeljeno je na podacima o količini prodaje robne marke jestivog ulja u domaćem maloprodajnom lancu. Pomoću tih podataka tražit će se najbolja metoda prognoziranja prodaje za konkretan primjer. Izbor odgovarajuće metode ujedno omogućuje analizu obilježja prodaje ove robe na domaćem tržištu. Rezultat pokazuje znatan utjecaj komponente neizvjesnosti u strukturi domaće potražnje za ovom robom, što je dodatni izbor poteškoća za domaće proizvođače trgovačkih i robnih marki u visoko konkuretnoj grani proizvodnje jestivog ulja. Svrha je dati neka obilježja potražnje za ovom robom u Hrvatkoj,kako bi subjekti uključeni u dobavni lanac proizvodnje jestivog ulja, mogli lakše planirati i odlučivati. Uz kriterij minimalizacije mjere pogreške MAPE kompariraju se Winterov i Holtov model prognoziranja za konkretan primjer.Okosnica rada je da o očekivanoj tržišnoj potražnji ovisi raspored korištenja proizvodnih kapaciteta dobljavača,njegove zalihe i prodajni uvjeti koje ugovara s maloprodavačima.

SEARCH FOR METHOD OF FORECASTING DEMAND:RETAIL OF EDIBLE OIL PRODUCTS

Summary
The mothods of statstical extrapolation are in most cases used in practice for extrapolating forecast short time se q uences. The empiric research is based on the sale q uantity of edible oil commodity brand in the domestic retail chain.With the help of these data,the best sale forecast method will be searched regarding definite example. Simultaneously, the choice of appropriate method makes possible analysis of this commodity brand on the home market. The result shows significant influence of the uncertainty component in the structure of domestic demand for this commodity what is additional source of difficulties for domestic producers of trade and commodity brands in high competitive brauch of edible oil production. The aim is to give some demand characteristics of this commodity branch of edible oil production. The aim is to give some demand characteristics of this commodity in Croatia so that the subjects included in the delivery time of edible oil production line could easily make plan and decisions. With the criterion of error measure minimization MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error),the Winters and Holt's forecasting models are compared for the definite example. The framework of the paperis that utilization programme of production cappacities of a supplier,his supplies and sale conditions agreed upon with the retailers depend on the expected market demand.

ANALIZA PROFITNE FUNKCIJE:METODA GRANIČNIH VRIJEDNOSTI, DIFERENCIJALNOG RAČUNA TE PRIHODNO-TROŠKOVNI PRISTUP

U radu analizira proizvodni poslovni sustav kao model koji različito posluje pri različitim količinama proizvedene robe. Upotrebom različitih metoda za analizu profitne funkcije (metode graničnih vrijednosti,diferencijalnog računa te prihodnotroškovnim pristupom) dobivene su različite količine proizvodnje koje rezultiraju različitim maksimumima profita. Ovakve razlike uvjetovane su razlikama u samim metodama,pa analitička usporedba ukazuje na različite primjerenosti upotrebe svake metode ponasob.Tako se metodama pristupom diferencijalnog računa s obzirom na ekonomičnost i preciznost pokazala najprimjerenijom (a znatno je ubrzana korištenjem računala i nekog od statističkog paketa), dok je metoda pristupom graničnih troškova primjerenija za teorijsku analizu poslovanja sustava, te stoga teoretsko-edukacijsku primjenu. Što se tiče izračunavanja maksimuma profita pristupom ukupnim troškova i ukupnog prihoda, ona se koristi više kao kontrola i za zorni prikaz funkcije profita,tako da zapravo i nema status posebne metode,te više služi za dodatni prikaz dobivenih rezultata.

PROFIT FUNKCION ANALIYSIS:METHOD OF MARGINAL VALUE, DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS AND INCOME-EXPENDITURE BASED ACCESS

Summary
The production business system as a model,which operates differently in different quantity of goods,is analiyzed in this work.Using different methods for analysis of profit function (methods of marginal value,differential calculus,and income-expenditure based access) different quantities of producion resulting in different maximum profit are gained.The differences in methods themselves and thus analytical comparison points condition such difference. Thus the method of differential calculus access in regard to cost-effectiveness and precisenass appears to be the most appropriate (and is significantly accelerated using computer or statistical package) while the marginal costs access method is more appropriate for operation system theoretical analysis and thus for theoretical and educational application.Regarding the maximum profit caculation by total revenue and total costs access,the method is used more as the control and for evident presentation of profit function,having no status of special method and serving more for additional presentation of the achieved results.

TRANSFORMACIJA DRUŠTVENIH PODUZEĆA U REPUBLICI HRVATSKOJ

Ovaj rad obrađuju tipove trgovačkih društava prema Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima, razloge za donošenje zakona i njihove provedbe u područjima pretvorbe društvenih poduzeća i privatizacije, sa značajnim osvrtom na dioničko društvo i društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću.Predmet razmatranja su postipci transformacije, odnosno pretvorbe društvenih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj, četiri modela pretvorbe i konbinacije pretvorbe koje nisu propisane i usustavljene zakonskim propisima. U okviru rada obrađeni su ciljevi zadaci provedbe pretvorbe poduzeća s društvenim kapitalom ili kapitalom nepoznatog vlasnika u poduzeće kojemu je određen vlasnik, odnosno titular vlasništva. Prikazuju se provedena istraživanja utemeljena na polaznim gospodarskim vrijednostima i značajkama kao uvjetnim tendencijama, joje su između ostalih čimbenika,determinirane cjelokupnim procesom tranzicije.Ostvarenje postavljenih ciljeva prezentirano je na temelju razmatranja obavljene provjere i kontrole postipaka pretvorbe i privatizacije u razdoblju od svibnja 2001.do rujna 2004.

TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIALLY OWENED COMPANIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

Summary
The work deals with the types of companies according to the Law Copanies,with reasons of passing the law and their implementation in the sphere of transformation of socially owned companies and privatization with significat reference to Joint Stock Company and Limited Liabillty Company. The subject matters of examining are the transformation madels and transformation combinations that the legal provisions do not provide.Within the frame of what is being dealt with social capital or capital of the unknown owner in the company in which the owner and legal owner is determined respectively.The research based on the starting econimic values and characteristics as the conditional tendencies that,among the other factors,have determined the complete transition processes are shown in the paper as well. The achievement of the set objectives is presented due to examining the complete control and and checking of transformation privatization procedures in the period from May 2001 to September 2004.
